You will work to maximise our impact resulting in improved service provision and outcomes. As such, you will have a demonstrable track record of successfully engaging a wide range of stakeholders and, critically, practical experience of the current commissioning environment, use of health data and campaigning for change.
You will also have excellent management skills who will have the ability to lead the team, be able to work effectively with a strong and supportive board of trustees. Previous experience of operating at senior management level within the voluntary sector, experience of income generation and a strategic understanding of fundraising is desirable.
