Our work
The Alliance has three work priorities:
1. National campaigning and enabling work for NSF implementation and raised LTNC awareness
- We participate in policy development across government
- We ensure that the voices of people with a neurological condition are heard
- We are involved in monitoring NSF implementation
- We work with regulators when implementation is poor
- We conduct national campaigns to build commitment to better services for people with neurological conditions
2. Local campaigning and partnership working for NSF implementation
- We support the development and strengthening of Regional Neurological Alliances
- We foster partnership working with commissioners
- We work to build local capacity and develop tools for local action
3. Linking and strengthening the whole neurological community
- We provide member organisations with up-to-date information about policy changes, campaigning, NSF implementation progress and national and local initiatives
- We work to ensure that all our member organisations, large and small are able to contribute fully to all our activities
