Epilepsy: Psychological and Social Wellbeing

Venue: Apex International Hotel, Edinburgh

Epilepsy Scotland are hosting a conference, chaired by Dr. Alan Carson, Consultant Neuropsychiatrist at Royal Edinburgh Hospital, which aims to examine the links between epilepsy and mental health; understand the needs of people with epilepsy in order to maintain good mental health and examine the service pathway for people with epilepsy and mental illness in Scotland. This is a full day event with some great speakers from neurology, psychiatry, neuropsychology, academia, nursing and the voluntary sector. There will be opportunity for discussion and debate, networking and learning.
