Commissioning training event at Neurosupport Liverpool

Venue: Neurosupport, Norton Street, Liverpool, L3 8LR, UK

At the Neurological Alliance Regional Conference last Autumn, a need was identified by all member alliances for regionally relevant information on how health and social care service commissioners work and, more particularly, how the voluntary sector can access the process at the most appropriate level in order to influence the decision making process and thus the development of neurological services.

To this end our Alliance has worked with the Long Term Conditions (LTC) Delivery Support Team (NW) to put together an event that will address these needs and the output of which will subsequently inform the production of a Commissioning Guide. The LTC Delivery Support Team has kindly financed and otherwise supported this event.

This event will be relevant to the following staff and volunteers:

  • Chief Executives
  • Service Development Managers
  • Area Managers
  • Staff and volunteers with an influencing remit
  • Staff and volunteers with a general interest in the commissioning process
  • Members of other NW alliances
  • Any alliance members who regularly attend the meetings

If you have received this communication and feel that there is someone within your organisation for whom this event would be relevant then would you please pass this on as soon as possible.

Please book your place as directed on this flyer:
