AGM

Thank you to all members who attended our AGM and Levers for Change Learning Event, co-hosted by the Department of Health Long Term Conditions Team (LTCT), on 24 November. The final version of the Alliance’s Annual Report and presentations from the day are available on our Publications and Resources. Working with the LTCT, we plan to take the information from the day and turn it into a Guide to Shaping Services, which will be available to members online and in hard copy.
