NHS Quality Improvement Scotland draft standards for Neurological Health Services

The new NHS Quality Improvement Scotland published draft standards for Neurological Health Services in November. An explanatory cover letter from NHS Quality Improvement Scotland can be found here:

These standards will only apply in Scotland, and the consultation process will only involve those of our member organisations working in Scotland, however our Alliance will need to consider how useful such standards could be in England. The Neurological Alliance Trustees will be discussing these standards at our next Executive Committee meeting on 16 January 2009, and we would greatly welcome comments from members before then. Please direct these to admin@neural.org.uk and help us to meet the challenge of improving standards in England.
