Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2020
On behalf of The Neurological Alliance Board of Trustees you are invited to take part in our 2020 Annual General Meeting (AGM).
- Wednesday 18 November 2020
- Start time 10.00 am
- End time: 12.00pm
We are delighted to confirm that the NHS England and Improvement Medical Director, Professor Stephen Powis, will provide our keynote speech. You will also have the opportunity to hear from Georgina Carr, our CEO about our plans for the future as well as a brief review of the past year.
Due to the restrictions required to combat the Covid-19 pandemic we are holding this year’s AGM online via Zoom.
Your participation and your vote are as vital to us as ever. You are encouraged to participate in the meeting online, or to appoint a proxy, or to register a voting instruction in advance of the AGM. At the AGM, the resolutions will be put to a vote on a poll, rather than on a show of hands. As part of the electronic participation in the AGM, members will have access to the full meeting, including responses to any questions submitted in advance.
Please register HERE.
Please complete your booking by 5pm on Monday 9th November.
In preparation for our AGM, we would like to invite you to nominate a trustee for election. Standing as a Trustee is open to full and affiliate members. You can find the nomination form here on our website. There will be two vacancies.
The deadline for you to return your nomination form is 12pm on Wednesday 28th October 2020
If you would like to learn more about the role, or to speak with one of current trustees about it, please contact Georgina (email@example.com)
