The Neurological Alliance is looking for a new Chief Executive

The Neurological Alliance’s current Chief Executive, Sarah Vibert, who has held the role for three years, will be moving on in the new year. So, recruitment for our next Chief Executive is underway.

In the current climate of change and enormous pressure for the health and social care sector, we feel it’s vital neurology is a policy priority resulting in significant neurological service improvements on the ground.

The role of the Alliance has never been more important, and as our new Chief Executive, you’ll lead a small in-house team as well as a large network of external collaborators, to deliver our strategy.

Over the next three years we aim to:

  • ensure all our activities are underpinned by a detailed and up to date understanding of the needs of people with neurological conditions;
  • empower and support members to drive collective action that seeks to address the issues facing people with neurological conditions;
  • ensure the voices of people with neurological conditions are at the centre of national neurology policy and service improvement initiatives in order to increase the prioritisation of neurology.

Applications for this role have now closed. Thank you for your interest.
