My Neuro Survey Data Tool
Use the My Neuro Survey data tool to explore neurological care in your area.
What is The My Neuro Survey Data Tool?
The My Neuro Survey data tool shows key findings from ‘My Neuro Survey’ 2024/25 in England and NHS waiting times data at local health system level, organised by Integrated Care Board.
At least 1 in 6 people in England live with a neurological condition but too often they are unable to access the services and support necessary to meet their needs.
The My Neuro Survey data tool turns lived experience into evidence for change, highlighting where care is working, where it is falling short and where action can make a real difference.
Reflecting real-life experiences
You can use the tool to explore neurological care in your local area and across England using the interactive map or the search bar to help navigate the data. Click here to use the tool.

Supporting service improvement
This tool helps service commissioners and providers identify priority gaps in services, care and care pathways, target investment and support practical service improvement , putting the experiences of people who rely on neurological services at the centre of efforts to improve them.
What is My Neuro Survey?
Every two years, The Neurological Alliance runs ‘My Neuro Survey’ the largest patient experience survey of people affected by neurological conditions. Over 8,500 adults living with neurological conditions took part in the 2024/25 survey. The UK wide survey was run in partnership with the Neurological Alliances of Scotland and Wales, the Northern Ireland Neurological Charities Alliance and The Neurological Alliance of Ireland. The My Neuro Survey data tool focusses on the experiences of adult respondents who reported living in England.
The My Neuro Survey data tool presents key findings from My Neuro Survey 2024/25 visually, helping to turn lived experience into evidence for change. Alongside survey data, the data tool also shows how long people are waiting for NHS neurology and neurosurgery appointments in your area. The waiting times data is updated monthly, as new data is released. Together they provide an important snapshot of living with a neurological condition in England.
Financial support
Sanofi have provided funding to The Neurological Alliance in support of the My Neuro Survey data tool but have had no editorial control over content or outputs.
