Full and Associate membership of the Alliance (including the right to vote at our AGM) is open to organisations.
If you have a neurological condition or know someone who does sign up to our newsletter here to learn more about our work, including ways to get involved and help ship our work in future.
What are the benefits of membership?
By becoming a member of The Neurological Alliance, your organisation will have the power to influence our work and access to resources. You will be able to make your resources to go further by working together to campaign for change, gathering evidence and sharing expertise with organisations who share your goals and values.
You can read more about the benefits of membership here.
Who can become a member?
Full membership (including the right to vote at our AGM) is open to national voluntary (non-statutory, non-profit) organisations who represent people with neurological conditions, families and carers. In addition to the other benefits of membership, you will have the right to vote at the Annual General Meeting (AGM), have the right to nominate a trustee and an opportunity to influence our strategic direction. The amount you pay for your annual subscription is based on your organisation’s annual income.
Full affiliate membership (including the right to vote at our AGM) is open to regional neurological alliances operating on a non-statutory, non-profit basis. Affiliate members will pay a very low subscription rate which is not income assessed.
How much does it cost?
Our subscription costs are based on your organisational income on a sliding scale.
For more information read Membership and Subscriptions.
How do you join?
Before you apply, we recommend you get in touch with a member of our team.
You will need to complete an application form. Your application will then be considered at our next Trustee Board meeting. The team will speak with you about the outcome of the Trustee’s discussion, and upon approval, add you and your team to our membership newsletter, and your organisational logo to our website.
