By sharing My Neuro Survey 2024 with your community, you’ll help improve services and make the case for boosting services across the NHS and social care. My Neuro Survey is the largest patient experience survey of people with all kinds of neurological conditions in the UK and the Republic of Ireland.
We want to make sure we create an accurate and representative picture of care, treatment and support for people affected by neurological conditions that drives equity of access to healthcare for everyone, from all backgrounds and walks of life.

It’s completely anonymous and secure and takes around 20 minutes to complete.

Who can take part?
Adults and children and young people (under 18) who live with neurological condition or have a suspected diagnosis of a neurological condition can take part.
Unpaid carers, including family members, spouses and parents can also take part.

The survey closes on 15 November 2024.
How to share My Neuro Survey with your community
- Share the survey link and information about how complete the survey over the phone on any social media platforms you use, such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or LinkedIn.
- Email or text your community members directly and ask them to take part, and or/include information in your newsletter.
- Tell everyone you know.
Use and adapt our resources to support your sharing: we’ve made template emails, social media graphics and suggested social media posts.
